Road Trip & Throwing Snowballs ~ Feb 2010
Elijah had never really seen snow, so while we were in Vegas we headed up to the mountains to see if we could find some. Of course we weren't dressed for snow, however, that didn't stop anyone from having a great time....

Elijah's First Long Distance Road Trip !
Today, we all set off for Las Vegas for Grandma Maria & Grandpa John's 15th Wedding Anniversary & Renewal of Vows. Courtney was a bit nervous because Elijah had never been in a car for so many hours and wasn't sure how he would act. We reassured her that everything would be fine.
Low and Behold, the car ride couldn't have gone any better in our opinions. Elijah loved looking out the window to find big trucks (which kept him busy most of the trip), we also sang ABC songs, itzy bitzy spider, and 3 little indians. Off key of course, but what the heck we were having fun. Elijah was so happy the whole car ride home.
Of course, we had to stop @ the giant Bass Pro Shop in Las Vegas so John could take Elijah to look around. They checked out all the tents, boats, fish, and even got him a cool little hat.
